Some headhunters deserve to fail

Here is a snippet from an email I received recently:

<p>I&#8217;m glad to know that you are offering <span class="caps">LIMITED</span> medical and dental benefits.  Where should I send my resume again?  What kills me is that these contractors charge the government a crazy amount of money for software developers.</p>
