Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve really been enjoying the TerminalColours and TerminalTabSwitching SIMBL plugins. Last night when I upgraded to to 10.5.2, they stopped working.
<p>Not wanting to lose the functionality of those two plugins, I went digging into the plugins to see if I could tweak some setting. In each one of the plugins, there is a file called Info.plist. In each one of those files there is a key called <strong>MaxBundleVersion</strong>. I adjusted it’s associated string value upward until I didn’t get the error while launching Terminal.</p>
<p>Even though these plugins weren’t written for 10.5.2 Terminal, they both work just fine on my Mac, but <span class="caps">YMMV</span>, and I can’t be held responsible if you change those files and your <span class="caps">LCD</span> implodes.</p>
